List of Forms
After you enter the management system of EasyFormIt, you will see on the screen the list of forms you have created.
Field values:
- Form name - form title. This field simplifies your management
of forms. We advise you to give semantic names, for example: Feedback
Form, Clients' Support Form etc.
- Count Fields - the number of fields in the form. If fields
are not present in the form, they are red-highlighted.
- Form action - this field is meant to inform you about the
actions applicable to data inputted by the visitors of your site.
- data is sent to email you specified when
creating the form.
- data is stored in the database, you can view
it anytime.
- Command - actions you can perform on the form.
- edit form fields.
- change form properties.
- delete a form.
- get help on insertion the form into your
site.
Creating a Form
To create a form you should choose "Manage Forms" from the menu
(above, to the right or at the bottom of the page), and then press "Create
new form" under the form list. Then the properties of the form you
create will appear on the page.
Field values:
- Form name - form title. This field simplifies your management
of forms. We advise you to give semantic names, for example: Feedback
Form, Clients' Support Form etc.
- Send submits to - email for data inputted by the visitors
of your site.
- Submits to - this field specifies what should be done with
data inputted by the visitors of your site.
Send email - send to email that was entered in the previous
field
Save on database - save to a database
Send email and save on database - send to email and save to
a database
- Start text - text outputted before the form.
- End text - text outputted after the form.
After you enter all necessary information you should press "Create
Form".
Editing form properties
To edit form properties you should press
opposite the necessary form on the page with the list of forms. Then
the page with form properties will be opened.

Field values:
- Form name - form title. This field simplifies your management
of forms. We advise you to give semantic names, for example: Feedback
Form, Clients' Support Form etc.
- Send submits to - email for data inputted by the visitors
of your site.
- Submits to - this field specifies what should be done with
data inputted by the visitors of your site.
Send email - send to email that was entered in the previous

Save on database - save to a database
Send email and save on database - send to email and save to
a database
- Start text - text outputted before the form.
- End text - text outputted after the form.
After you enter all necessary information you should press "Save Changes".
List of form fields
To access the list of form fields you should press
opposite the necessary form on the page with the list of forms. Then
the list of form fields will appear on the screen.
Field values:
- Field name - field title
- Field type - field type
- Command - actions that can be performed on the field.
- edit the field.
- delete the field
- move field up
- move field down.
Adding a new form field
To add a new field you should press "Add new field" under the
list of form fields. Then the form to create a new field will appear
on the screen.

Field values:
- Field name - field title
- Field type - field type
After you fill in all the fields press "Add field".
Editing form fields
To edit a field you should press opposite
the necessary field in the list of form fields. Then the form of field
properties will appear on the screen, which consists of two parts: general
field properties and properties that depend on field type. This section
will consider the first; the last will be observed in the next section.

Field types and their properties
Text

Field values:
- Check field - check data inputted by the visitor of the site
Not empty - obligatory field for input
Must be a number - only numerals are accepted for input
Must be email - email must be in the form of aaa@bbb.ccc
Must be a string - only letters (uppercase and lowercase) are
accepted for input
Select

Field values:
- Rows names - list of field values
To add a new value you should enter it into the input field above the button "Add
row", and press "Add row".
To delete values you should clear the input field that contains values
to be deleted and press "Update rows".
To edit an existing value you should enter a new value into the input
field and press "Update row".
Check Box

Field values:
- Check field - check data inputted by the visitor of the site
Not empty - obligatory field for input
Multiple Select

Field values:
- Check field - check data inputted by the visitor of the site
Not empty - obligatory field for input
- Show rows - the number of outputted values
- Rows names - list of field values
To add a new value you should enter it into the input field above the
button "Add row", and press "Add row".
To delete values you should clear the input field that contains values
to be deleted and press "Update rows".
To edit an existing value you should enter a new value into the input
field and press "Update row".
TextArea

Field values:
- Check field - check data inputted by the visitor of the site
Not empty - obligatory field for input
- Show rows - the number of outputted values
Deleting form fields
To delete a field you should press opposite
the necessary field in the list of form fields. Then you will be asked
to confirm your wish to delete the field. Afterwards the form field
will be deleted.

View results of filling out a form
To view results of filling out a form you should choose "View Users'
Submits" from the menu (above, to the right or at the bottom of
the page), and then you will see the results of filling out the form
on the page.
Field values:
- Form name - title of the filled form
- Date - date and time when the form was filled out
- Command - actions you can perform
- view information entered by the visitors
of the site
- delete
To view information entered by the visitor of your site you should press ,
then you will see information entered by the visitor of your site on the
screen.

To delete information you no longer need you should press .
You will be asked to confirm your wish you delete this information, afterwards
it will be deleted.
